Website use
By using this website you accept these terms. The articles and examples provide general information about app revenue analysis; they are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice and should not replace advice based on your circumstances.
You may view and print pages for internal reference. Monitorvectorgrid retains copyright in original text, graphics and analysis methods. You may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution or present our material as your own without written permission.
Client engagements
Paid work is governed by a written proposal or statement of work. That document sets scope, assumptions, timetable, client responsibilities, fee, payment dates and deliverables. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed engagement terms prevail.
Clients must provide lawful access to accurate source material, nominate decision-makers and disclose known limitations. We may pause work where required records are late, insecurely transferred or materially different from the agreed description.
Analysis and decisions
Revenue forecasts and lifetime value ranges contain assumptions about future behaviour. We distinguish observed and modelled values, but do not guarantee commercial performance, retention, acquisition returns or funding outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions made using the work and for independent finance, tax and legal review.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability for a paid engagement is addressed in its written terms and, where lawful, is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Links to third-party sites are provided for context; we do not control their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
