A concentrated working session to untangle one cohort definition, interpretation or measurement problem.
One table, one decision, one half day
Bring a chart, query or workbook and the decision it is meant to support. Before the session we review up to three files and return a short agenda. During the half day, we inspect definitions, cohort maturity, denominators and segment comparability together.
You leave with annotated calculations, a written list of corrections and a recommendation for the next useful analysis. The clinic does not include a new production model or data pipeline.
Remote sessions cost £950 + VAT. Up to five colleagues may attend. Files are due three working days beforehand.
