Pricing guidance

Fees tied to the question and the evidence

Pricing guidance for revenue cohort audits, LTV model reviews and focused app analytics working sessions.

Revenue cohort audit

From £8,400 + VAT · usually six weeks

The starting scope covers one app, up to two billing sources, twelve agreed cohort cuts, one central LTV model, two review sessions and reusable working files. Forty per cent is payable to reserve the start date, with the balance due at delivery.

The quote may rise when records span several billing providers, historical currencies require reconstruction, payer identities cannot be joined, or more markets and product families require separate treatment. We explain each factor in the proposal.

LTV model review

From £3,200 + VAT · two to three weeks

This covers one existing model, its direct source extracts, reproducibility checks, assumption sensitivity, a written findings note and one review meeting. Rebuilding the model is not included unless separately quoted.

Revenue cohort clinic

£950 + VAT · one remote half day

The fixed fee includes advance review of up to three files, a three-hour working session for up to five attendees, annotated materials and a concise action note.

What a quote needs

We can usually price the work after seeing a field list, approximate row counts, billing sources, date range and the decision deadline. Do not send raw customer records in the first enquiry.

Travel outside central Birmingham, specialist data engineering and third-party secure transfer costs are quoted at cost and approved in advance. There are no software licences or recurring access fees.

Ask for a written scope and fee.
